The client needed to modernize their roadside assistance service application to support real-time service requests, GPS-enabled tracking, and mobile app integration. The existing on-premises setup faced:

1. Assessment & Design
- Reviewed legacy application architecture and business-critical workflows.
- Designed a HA architecture with multiple availability domains (ADs) on OCI.
- Planned real-time replication for the database across regions for DR readiness.
2. Application Deployment
- Migrated the roadside assistance application to OCI compute instances with autoscaling.

- Set up monitoring via OCI monitoring tools + BizCloud Ops Manager.
- Implemented proactive patching, vulnerability scans, and performance optimization.
