Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Sales Manager with 10+ years of proven experience in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, leadership skills, and a track record of success in building sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Drive negotiations and close high-value deals with clients.
- Analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and present performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor competitors and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention levels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driving license preferred/required (based on role needs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry-specific sales background (e.g., ELV & security systems, construction, IT, real estate, or FMCG).
- Existing client network and proven business development skills.
- Professional certifications in sales, business development, or leadership.
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with regular client visits and fieldwork.
