Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager to oversee and nurture long-term relationships with key customers. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales/account management experience, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned key accounts.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Understand client needs and develop solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Drive contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular status updates to clients and management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations, and finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize value for both parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve account growth, retention, and satisfaction targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in account management, client relations, or sales.
  • Proven track record in managing corporate accounts and achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license preferred for client visits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience in [ELV systems, IT solutions, construction, real estate, or relevant sector].
  • Experience handling high-value or strategic accounts.
  • Professional certifications in account management or sales (e.g., CSAM, Key Account Management training).

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role with regular travel to client sites.
  • Occasional extended working hours may be required.
  • Role requires maintaining high availability for client needs.
